Valley View University (VVU) in Accra, Ghana is a premier private University, and the first to receive Presidential Charter in Ghana.
Currently VVU offer programs in Business Administration, Theology/Religion, Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, Nursing, Development Studies, Biomedical Equipment Technology interspersed with general courses including English, Mathematics, Statistics and Communication Studies that facilitate uptake of the core courses.

History
Established in 1979. In 1983 it was relocated to Adenta, near Accra. In 1989 it was moved to its present site near Oyibi where it was renamed Valley View College. In 1995 it was upgraded to offer Associate degrees in Religion and Theology. In 1997, it became the first private institution in Ghana to be granted national accreditation by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) and was renamed Valley View University in consonance with its accreditation status.
Location
Valley View University is located on a site near Oyibi, which is 20 miles north of Accra, . The campus site consists of more than 475 acres of land and is situated on a low-lying area with an excellent view of the Akwapin hills.
